The Stratégia FRQNT program funds “Modelling of emerging challenges”
A group of researchers mainly from the CRM, GERAD, and UNIQUE, with Octav Cornea (CRM Director) as principal researcher, has received funding ($ 375,000 /year including IRF for three years) from this new FRQNT program in support of mathematical sciences modelling and basic research with application to several subjects of significant current importance: topics in health sciences, climate change and environmental science, and aspects of data science.
