Agreement signed between IBS and the CRM
The Centre de recherches mathématiques and the Center for Geometry and Physics of the Institute for Basic Science (Pohang, Republic of Korea) signed a memorandum of understanding to further cooperation in fields of mutual interest. The agreement, which took effect December 1, 2023, for three years, encourages research visits between the two institutes, as well as the organization of joint scientific activities. Octav Cornea, Director of the CRM, notes: “This agreement opens several interesting collaborative opportunities for CRM members, and I am looking forward to further cooperation with our colleagues from IBS-Pohang”.
