Iosif Polterovich awarded the 2026 Frontiers of Science Award
The CRM is pleased to highlight the international recognition awarded to one of its members by the International Congress of Basic Science (ICBS).
Iosif Polterovich (Université de Montréal) is a recipient of the 2026 Frontiers of Science Award for the outstanding article Pólya’s conjecture for Euclidean balls, co-authored with Nikolay Filonov, Michael Levitin, and David A. Sher, and published in Inventiones Mathematicae (2023).
