This advanced training module focuses on spatio‑temporal modelling for epidemiological surveillance. It aims to equip participants with the methodological tools required to characterize and model temporal/spatial dependence in data, in order to anticipate epidemiological trends and inform public health interventions. By emphasizing the transition from retrospective analysis to forecasting, the module supports evidence‑based decision‑making in public health.
