New configurations effective November 20, 2020:

The Centre de recherches mathématiques (CRM) email service is migrating to Office 365. You have received the login data to your new email Inbox.

The first step is to change the temporary password you received to a new one of your choice. You can do this by going to the web page and by following the instructions presented in this video:

All your messages and directories are now delivered to your new mailbox. You can also send messages from Office 365. Then, you can also configure your electronic devices (computers, tablets, smartphones) with your new CRM account on Office 365 by following the procedures mentioned below:

Please note that if you have your messages redirected from an external account to your account, this service will not be affected. On the other hand, if you have a redirect of your messages from your account to an external address, this service will no longer be functional following the migration (the messages will remain on your CRM account mailbox). You need to activate the redirect function in your new CRM account on Office 365.

Please note that the SquirrelMail and RoundCube web mail services are no longer available.
