CRM-ISM Postdoctoral Fellowships
The CRM-ISM Postdoctoral Fellowships are awarded to promising researchers who have recently obtained or expect to obtain a PhD in the mathematical sciences. The fellowship offers an annual stipend of at least CAD$55,000 for one year, with possibility of renewal for a second year. Furthermore, an annual amount of CAD$1,000 in research funds will be made available. This is a research fellowship allowing the recipient to devote most of his or her time to research under the supervision of a professor from one of the CRM and ISM member universities. If fellows wish to teach, they may request to be offered teaching assignments for which they will receive an additional salary.
The CRM is proud to subscribe to the Université de Montréal’s policy on cultural diversity and is committed to taking into account diversity and systemic and individual barriers to access (e.g., related to ethnicity, gender, disability) when selecting postdoctoral fellows.
To be eligible for a CRM-ISM postdoctoral fellowship, researchers must have obtained a PhD after May 1, 2021.
