{"id":6478,"date":"2022-07-01T15:29:12","date_gmt":"2022-07-01T19:29:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.crmath.ca\/?p=6478"},"modified":"2022-07-28T13:48:49","modified_gmt":"2022-07-28T17:48:49","slug":"the-crm-is-recruiting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.crmath.ca\/en\/2022\/07\/01\/the-crm-is-recruiting\/","title":{"rendered":"The CRM is recruiting!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"en-US\">We are looking for an office and administration technician to complete our scientific activities team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The person we are looking for has strong office and communication skills, and has experience in event organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">The main tasks are the following:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Assist the coordinators in the organization of scientific activities: conferences, symposiums and workshops<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Prepare and process administrative forms such as registration forms, reimbursement requests and internal requisitions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Plan communications and promotion of events<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Welcome participants to activities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Your strengths:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">A passion for event planning and operations management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Strong interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">You are eager to put your skills to work in an organization that advances knowledge and offers a vibrant work environment. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">What you need to succeed in this role:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">A college diploma in administration, or the equivalent<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">One year of relevant experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0Comfortable with technology: Office suite and Office 365 collaborative tools <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Knowledge of MailChimp and FileMaker an asset<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Are you interested in joining our team?
