href=\"https:\/\/www.insmi.cnrs.fr\/fr\">Institut national des sciences math\u00e9matiques et de leurs interactions (INSMI \u2013 CNRS)<\/a><\/u>, the <u><a title=\"https:\/\/www.fondation-hadamard.fr\/fr\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fondation-hadamard.fr\/fr\/\">Fondation math\u00e9matique Jacques Hadamard (FMJH)<\/a><\/u> and the <u><a title=\"https:\/\/sciencesmaths-paris.fr\/\" href=\"https:\/\/sciencesmaths-paris.fr\/\">Fondation Sciences math\u00e9matiques de Paris (FSMP)<\/a><\/u>\u00a0 have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at strengthening cooperation in mathematical research between France and Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>This agreement, initially for a period of five years, will facilitate the mobility of students and researchers between partner institutions through various exchange and research visit programs.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement aims to stimulate scientific interactions, support bilateral collaborations, and promote the development of a dynamic international mathematical community between France and Quebec.<\/p>\n<p><a
