You have received the login data to your new email Inbox.<\/p>\n<p>The first step is to change the temporary password you received to a new one of your choice. You can do this by going to the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mail.crm.umontreal.ca\">mail.crm.umontreal.ca<\/a> web page and by following the instructions presented in this video:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/video-change-your-microsoft-365-for-business-password-df48c24e-d036-4d72-987f-b6197f618619?ui=en-us&amp;rs=en-us&amp;ad=us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Change your Microsoft 365 for business password<\/a><\/p>\n<p>All your messages and directories are now delivered to your new mailbox. You can also send messages from Office 365. Then, you can also configure your electronic devices (computers, tablets, smartphones) with your new CRM account on Office 365 by following the procedures mentioned below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/add-an-email-account-to-outlook-6e27792a-9267-4aa4-8bb6-c84ef146101b?ui=en-us&amp;rs=en-us&amp;ad=us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Add an email account to Outlook<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/set-up-email-in-mac-os-x-mail-de372dc4-9648-4044-a76c-e8a60e178d54?ui=en-us&amp;rs=en-us&amp;ad=us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Set up email in Mac OS X Mail<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that if you have your messages redirected from an external account to your @crm.umontreal.ca account, this service will not be affected. On the other hand, if you have a redirect of your messages from your @crm.umontreal.ca account to an external address, this service will no longer be functional following the migration (the messages will remain on your CRM account mailbox).
